From a single CLIA-certified lab in Puerto Rico, we've grown to serve providers across the Caribbean and the mainland United States with reference-grade testing, rapid turnaround, and our own courier logistics.
We operate our own airline contracts and ground couriers so specimens move on days and routes the national carriers won't — because in island medicine, logistics is clinical infrastructure.
